Terms and Conditions

Sunkissed Samui is registered with TAT under registration no. 24/00369.


Bookings are subject to availability.

The quickest and easiest way to get in touch with us and book an experience is by completing our online booking form or emailing us at sunkissedsamui@gmail.com. If you would like to speak to us about arranging your experience or any special requests, you can call us on (+66) 0946375858 between 10am and 6pm (Thailand time) every day.

Your booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and emailed you with a confirmation.

Payment & Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your booking is required to confirm your booking.  Once we have received your deposit, we will email you to confirm your booking.

The deposit can be paid via PayPal or a bank transfer. Payment details will be sent to you via e-mail.

The remainder of the payment must be made on the day of your experience in cash in Thai baht only. This payment must be made at the time of pick up/start of your experience.

Children age 0 -3 years go for free, however, you must let us know if you are bringing a child age 0-3 years along with you.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel any experiences you have booked free of charge as long as it is done 72 hours in advance. If you cancel your booking after this period, the full amount of your deposit will be charged.

All Experiences are subject to weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain/ adverse weather conditions, we will contact you and propose an alternative itinerary. If you are happy with the proposal, we will go ahead with the experience with no changes to the fee.

If we have to cancel the experience due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

The refund can only be made via PayPal.



You must provide your hotel and room details at the time of booking. Our driver will notify the reception once he/she arrives to pick you up. You must meet the driver within 15 minutes of the pick up time. Delaying longer that this may lead to changes in your itinerary. Our driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes at the agreed pick-up location (your hotel). If you are not present, your booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given.

Making changes to your bookings

If you would like to change the date of your booked experience, please email or call us at least 72 hours in advance. If we are able to provide the same experience on another date, we will do so at no extra cost. The new date must be within a one week time period of the date you originally booked your experience for.

If you contact us to make changes to your experience between 24 – 72 hours before the agreed start time of your experience, you will be charged 50% of your deposit if we have availability on the new date you require. You will be charged the full amount of your deposit if we do not have availability on the new date you require.

If you would like to change the type of experience you have booked,  we require at least 72 hours notice. Any changes are subject to availability. If the new experience you are booking is more expensive than the experience you originally booked, the difference must be paid in full at the time at you are making the change. If the new experience costs less than the one you booked before, the difference will be deducted from the final amount you have to pay on the day of the experience.

Separate T&Cs

Some experiences have additional T&Cs, please read these which can be found at the bottom of each experience’s page. When booking, you are agreeing to both, these T&Cs and the T&Cs of the experience you are booking.


You might be asked to provide your full names and passport numbers to notify our insurance provider to validate your insurance. If you do not provide us with these details when requested, the insurance will not be valid. We may still go ahead with the experience without these details.

Sunkissed Samui is fully insured for each experience we provide. Our insurance does not cover water sports or extreme sports. Our insurance also does not cover travelling in long-tail boats, however, our boat operators have their own insurance which will cover you.

Any accident which occurs due the client’s irresponsible behaviour or behaviour due to the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be covered by our or our providers’ insurances.

Our vehicles

Our vehicles are no- smoking vehicles. Smoking in our vehicles may lead to cancellation of your experience and/or a fine.

We request that you do not eat in our vehicles.

Drugs, firearms and any other illegal substances are not permitted on our experiences. We may cancel your experience immediately with no liabilities if you are found to be in possession of any drugs, firearms, illegal substances, or presenting illicit behaviour under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Food and Drinks provided during experiences

We do our best to provide you with fresh and healthy food and drinks during our experiences. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements you have at the time of booking.

Environmental policy

We do our best to only use recyclable items on our experiences and create the minimum amount of waste. We request that you do the same. Please only throw away your waste in the designated bins in each area you visit.
